The real problem

It’s not a lack of demand.It’s inconsistent follow-up.

Small contractors and remodelers lose sales from leads they already earned because follow-up slips through the cracks. The demand is there — it just goes cold while you’re running projects, crews, and estimates.

Revenue quietly slipping away

Warm leads and outstanding estimates that never get properly followed up on — money you already spent or worked hard to earn, going to waste.

Mental overload, every day

Juggling projects, crews, quotes, and admin with no reliable follow-up system. You stay busy but still feel behind, knowing jobs are slipping through the cracks.

Competitors responding faster

Watching other contractors win jobs that should have been yours — simply because they responded quicker or stayed in touch longer.

What it costs you

Lost revenue, lower close rates, and wasted money on leads you already paid for. In your life: stress, mental clutter, and the frustration of a business that feels busy but still leaves money on the table. If nothing changes, warm leads keep going cold and competitors keep winning the jobs that should be yours.

How it works

From chasing customers to a system that chases for you.

The step-by-step journey from busy, scattered follow-up to an organized recovery engine that works while you work.

Why you can trust it

Built on the job — by a contractor who lived it.

Not a software startup or a marketing agency. The Contractor Estimate Recovery System was built by someone who knows what it's like to run jobs, write estimates, and try to follow up at the end of a long day.

Why I built this

I grew up Amish in Ohio, where I learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, integrity, and keeping your word. At 21, I stepped away to build my own future.

After years in construction and running my own contracting business, I felt firsthand how hard it is to manage projects, talk with homeowners, prepare estimates, and keep up with follow-ups — all while working long days on the job.

I realized contractors aren’t losing jobs because of poor workmanship. They’re losing them because they’re too busy doing the work to follow up. That’s what inspired the Contractor Estimate Recovery System — built from real challenges, not theory.

Building proof the honest way

I’m currently earning my first three case studies by working with real contractors — documenting their starting point, the system we implement, and the results. Real outcomes, shared with permission. No fake testimonials.

What the research says

  • Fast lead responses consistently outperform slow ones — the first contractor to respond usually wins.
  • Consistent, multi-touch follow-up recovers a meaningful share of deals that a single contact would lose.
  • Homeowners say a lack of response is a top reason they choose a different contractor.

Industry research supports the problem this solves — not a guarantee of your specific results.

Free audit & next steps

Start with a free estimate-recovery audit.

We look at your outstanding estimates and current follow-up, then tell you what we'd recover and what level of service fits — before you pay a thing.

What the consultation involves

  • Understanding your current estimating and follow-up process
  • Identifying where your outstanding estimates may be going cold
  • Discussing whether a managed follow-up system fits your situation
  • Reviewing possible next steps — with no obligation

It’s a conversation, not an automated analysis of your private customer records. You stay in control of what you share — nothing is reviewed without your say-so.

How pricing is decided

There’s no fixed price list right now. Recommendations and pricing depend on three things: your estimate volume, the systems you already use, and how much of the follow-up you want us to handle.

The free audit gives us those details so we can come back with a clear, honest recommendation — not a made-up number, discount, or guarantee.

Frequently asked

The questions every contractor asks first.

Straight answers before you spend a minute on it — including the ones most services won't say out loud.

Is this a software I have to learn and manage?

No. This is a managed service, not another tool to log into. We set up and run the follow-up for you in the background while you stay on the job. You get a partner who handles it, not another dashboard to maintain.

Is this actually built for someone like me?

If you're a small contractor or remodeler who's too busy running projects to follow up on every estimate, it's built for you. Not big crews with a dedicated sales team — owner-operators who do the work and the selling.

Can you guarantee I'll sign more jobs?

No one honestly can — a homeowner's decision isn't ours to control. What we do is make sure interested prospects actually hear back before they go cold or call a competitor. We guarantee the work, the access, and a clear process that runs whether you're on-site or off.

How do you decide on pricing?

Recommendations and pricing depend on your estimate volume, the systems you already use, and how much of the follow-up you want us to handle. That's exactly what the free audit is for — we look at your situation first, then tell you what makes sense. No invented numbers or one-size-fits-all tiers.

Is it worth doing this now?

Consider the cost of waiting: warm leads keep going cold, outstanding estimates stay unsigned, and faster-responding competitors keep winning the jobs you earned. The opportunities are already there — the question is how many more you can afford to let slip.
